If there is anything stopping me, it’s my mind
Katherine 42, married with two children. Works for herself as a nutritionist.
How are you?
I don’t know! I am a sister, daughter, and a wife, they are essences of me. I am what is being moulded, a mustered experience of what has happened to me.
What are your dreams?
My dream is to reconnect people with their own worth. My priority is good health and good actions and for people to reconnect to their hearts.
What brings you down?
Self doubt, self worth, self esteem and self consciousness. If there is anything stopping me, it’s my mind.
Where does all your energy go?
(She sighs) I give it away. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. My energy goes into attachment, to thinking what should happen. I need to put less attachment on thinking and then less energy will be lost.
How do you see yourself?
As a little girl trying really hard.
What do you like about yourself?
My honesty. I'm really honest and really kind. I’m mindful. I try and I’m loving and giving. I like my eyes, my feet and my Décolletage - that’ll do for the likes!
Who or what inspires you?
My life’s teachers; my mother, my sister and my friend who died only last week.
What do you think about life?
It’s an illusion. It’s our role to remember what we have forgotten. To remember who we really are. We can’t be told, we have to remember.
Are you free?
More than I’ve ever been.
